Lynn Rash — Chief Financial Officer

Lynn Rash serves as PWE’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial management, cost control, quality control, and operational compliance across all projects. With extensive experience managing federal contracts, IDIQ programs, and multi-million-dollar construction efforts, Lynn plays a critical role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, responsibly, and in full compliance with government requirements.
 

In addition to financial oversight, Lynn is deeply involved in project execution, site coordination, and quality management—bringing a hands-on approach that strengthens accountability from the field to final closeout.
