Brandon Gardner — Lead Superintendent

Brandon Gardner serves as Lead Superintendent for PWE, providing hands-on field leadership across the company’s most complex and high-profile projects. With extensive experience in heavy civil, structural concrete, utility infrastructure, and design-build federal work, Brandon is responsible for coordinating crews, materials, subcontractors, and daily operations to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to exacting standards.

Brandon has overseen some of the largest concrete placements in Fort Sill’s history, including supervising a single pour exceeding 1,300 cubic yards of concrete placed in under 10 hours—a testament to his planning, coordination, and field execution capabilities. His experience also includes major bridge construction, water and sewer infrastructure replacements, and large-scale utility upgrades performed under live-service conditions where precision and sequencing are critical.

As Lead Superintendent, Brandon manages daily workforce assignments, site logistics, safety compliance, and schedule coordination across multiple active projects. Known for his calm leadership style and deep technical knowledge, he is often entrusted with PWE’s most demanding work, serving as the on-site leader who ensures expectations are not just met—but exceeded.
